Aquarium
Maintenance
The
following is included in all maintenance
service visits:
- Aquarium
glass is cleaned (inside and out)
- Pre
filters, mechanical filters and sponges are rinsed
& cleaned
- A
10% - 20% water change is performed using premixed
deionized saltwater
- Substrate
is stirred or vacuumed as required
- Water
levels are tested including Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate,
pH and Salinity – Calcium, Alkalinity and Iodine
are also tested on reef tanks
- Hardware
including plumbing and lighting are inspected and
cleaned as needed
- Aquarium
inhabitants are inspected
- Service
Report Card is given to report the water testing
results along with any problems detected
- BTR
Supply Purchasing – purchase any/all supplies
needed from Beyond The Reef and your purchase will
be delivered at no charge on your next maintenance
visit
